At the time of booking you automatically accept the TERMS & CONDITIONS listed below: 

• No pets
• Do not smoke: a fine of 100 euros will be applied and also any loss of non-renting of the room due to the presence of smoke residues.
• If you have chosen STRIPE the payment will be done immediately, if you have chosen GUARANTEE CARD, the system pre-authorizes an amount between 10 and 50 euros but you will pay the full amount upon arrival.
• Obligation to show identity documents at check in or before check in if necessary
• Donizetti Apartments reserves the right to charge any unpaid charges or damage caused or smoke detected after check-out to the payment method provided.
• The Guest is responsible for any damage caused by him or by any member of his group to any property, furniture and equipment of the structure.
• Extra people, not in the reservation, cannot be invited 
• No unaccompanied minors (unless delegated by parents)
• Tourist taxes are NOT included in the price, it is 6% of the total for the first 5 days only
• If you prefer 2 separate beds instead of a double, a request is required and there is a supplement
• Always arrange an appointment for your chek-in please
• Guests must comply with the Anticovid regulations and apply the safeguards also within our facilities, also always respecting the Covid decree envisaged in our city.
• Guests are responsible for the separate collection of garbage, we ask you to carefully follow the instructions at check-in
• No groups, no party
• At check out we kindly ask you not to leave the kitchen too messy or the dishes to wash.
If you have chosen TWO-ROOM APARTMENT, it is a house with 1 bedroom and 1 living room. If you have chosen STUDIO it is only one open space environment.

CANCELLATION POLICY 

• Cancellation is free with refund or change of date up to 15 days before check-in if you choose STANDARD rate, within 15 days the customer is obliged to pay the full amount and there is no reason, not even due to force majeure , for which a refund can be provided.
• With NON REFUNDABLE rate there is no refund possibility, no changing dates is possible.
• Donizetti Apartments may decide to cancel in the following circumstances:
a) in case the structure or parts of it should remain closed for reasons not dependent on it.
b) if the Guest or a member of her group behaves in such a way as to cause damage, disturbance or danger to third parties, we are authorized without prior notice to terminate the stay without any refund.
